What qualifies as a bulk order?
Generally speaking, our bulk orders start at 30 items. If your order is below 30, let us know and we can see if we can fulfill your order.
Which products are eligible for a bulk discount?
All products on our website are eligible for a bulk order discount. If there is a color that you want to add to the list, let us know and we can review it together.
Do you offer samples?
We do offer samples. Please note that in your inquiry.
Can I bulk order items that I didn’t find online?
Please contact us and tell us what your idea is. We would be happy to send you a free mock-up of your design and a modest price quote based on exactly what you want.

What is the turnaround time on bulk orders?
Typically it takes about 8-10 business days to prepare your order as all products are embroidered and dye sublimated.
What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders and how long do they take to arrive?
We are proud to use Free DHL/FedEx 3-5 business days delivery for Bulk Orders.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
It's available through Visa Card/Master Card/Paypal Method/Western Union/ Money Gram to pay.
Why do you charge my card more than the price of your product?
We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand.
Note: Since there is exchange conversion, cross-border fees (Charged by issuing bank) etc. There is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.

Can I return all or part of my bulk order?
Our personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or contact our customer service for return.
What if I received a defective product?
We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product or a full refund. There are several things to keep in mind when exchanging a defective product.
All defective products must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Items that may be defective which have surpassed the 10 day period may be re-evaluated by a sales representative. Normal wear is not considered defective manufacturing.
